Planar Two-Loop Five-Gluon Amplitudes from Numerical Unitarity

A recent calculation of the planar two-loop five-gluon amplitudes will be discussed.
The amplitudes are obtained in a variant of the generalized unitarity approach suitable for numerical computations. Given the available master integrals arbitrary-precision benchmark values for the amplitudes have been given.
Some of the technical aspects of the approach are addressed in more detail including e.g.
the construction of unitarity-compatible integration-by-parts identities.
