Generalised resummation for jet observables

I will discuss the features of Sudakov resummation for a wide category of jet observables, and I will devise a computational approach which does not require the existence of a factorisation theorem for the cross section in the logarithmic regime. I will discuss some applications as well as comment on possible future developments.
