Among the many theoretical models employing the Brout-Englert-Higgs mechanism to account for electroweak symmetry breaking, the Standard Model and the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model are the most popular ones. The discovered particle at the LHC can be interpreted as one of the Higgs-bosons within the MSSM. To improve on a more precise prediction, results for the momentum dependent two-loop contributions of O(alpha_t alpha_s) to the masses in the Higgs sector of the MSSM are presented. They are obtained in a Feynman-diagrammatic approach, where the program SecDec is used for the numerical computation of the analytically unavailable massive two-loop diagrams. The main features of the program SecDec are introduced and the method of sector decomposition is explained. Several applications highlighting its features are shown. Then, the renormalization of the momentum dependent two-loop self-energies is discussed and the resulting shifts in the CP-even Higgs-boson masses are shown.
