Strongly coupled models versus the LHC
Maikel de Vries (DESY)

The first run of the LHC has provided us with a Standard Model like Higgs, still with room for BSM physics like supersymmetry or strongly coupled physics. At the LHC there are few dedicated searches for strongly coupled models like the composite Higgs and the little Higgs. In this talk I will confront two specific models with LHC data and provide some ways to look for them in future runs. Moreover, I will discuss limits from effective operators bounds at the LHC and their validity and applicability to strongly coupled models.
