B Meson Decay Constants from QCD Sum Rules
Michael Baker (University of Valencia)

Due to the strong coupling of QCD at low scales, some fundamental QCD parameters cannot be measured directly in experiments. Conversely, perturbative methods cannot be used to predict hadronic properties. Thus, non-perturbative methods must be used to provide a link between QCD and experiment. I will outline the QCD sum rule method and present a recent calculation of the B meson decay constants, focusing on \(f_{B_c}\). The calculation employs finite energy sum rules with Legendre polynomial integration kernels along with a three-loop pseudoscalar two-point correlator, lighter quark mass corrections and non-perturbative corrections up to dimension six.
